Flexible payment plans available in up to 4 installments.
Airfare includes 20kg check-in baggage and 10 kg hand baggage.
Hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Visa on Arrival (VOA):
Long queues (1–2 hours) expected; E-visa strongly recommended.
Select UAE Residents are eligible for VOA : Passport and UAE residence permit must be valid for at least 6 months.
If VOA is rejected or boarding is denied, the package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Group airport pickup will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. Guests delayed beyond this must arrange their own transfer to the hotel
Hotel General Policy

- Big Almaty Lake Tour: Viewpoints only (entry to lake prohibited by law).
