Terms and Conditions

Airfare with 20 KG Check in baggage and 07 KG hand baggage.
Standard check in time 14.00 and Standard Check out time 12.00.
Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
Passport must be valid for 6 month and UAE Residence valid for 1 month to avail Visa On Arrival.
If in case VOA got rejected, flight cancelled or boarding denied at any circumstances package will be nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Unused services will be nonrefundable.
We reserves the right to cancel, modify the holiday package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Minimum group size for operation is 12 Pax and at any circumstances fell short of minimum count package cost will be refunded.

GENERAL TERMS AND POLICIES

Flexible payment plans available in up to 4 installments.
Airfare includes 20kg check-in baggage and 7 kg hand baggage.
Hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Visa on Arrival (VOA):6 Month passport and Emirates ID validity needed for selected nationals
If VOA is rejected or boarding is denied, the package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Group airport pickup will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. Guests delayed beyond this must arrange their own transfer to the hotel
HOTEL GENERAL POLICY:
Standard Check-in/out: 2:00 PM 12:00 PM.
Breakfast: Served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Early departures before this time are not eligible for a refund; a packed breakfast may be provided at the hotel's discretion.
Special Requests: All room preferences (connecting rooms, views, balconies) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We will communicate your requests to the hotel for their consideration.
Rooms are confirmed as standard / Economy category. Upgrades may be available for an additional cost, based on availability at check-in.
Breakfast will be Buffet basis with limited options for both Veg and Non vegetarian: Most of the hotels follow Continental breakfast.
Transport:
Private, air-conditioned Mercedes Benz (or similar) for up to 16 pax; a minibus/coach for larger groups.
Vehicles are provided for point-to-point transfers only, not on a disposable basis.
The itinerary is fixed and cannot be changed unless required by the local operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes may incur additional costs payable locally.
Baggage:
- Check your airline's specific baggage allowance. Fly Dubai, it is typically 7kg hand carry and 20kg check-in (1 piece each).
- Use sturdy, wheeled luggage for convenience.
- Keep your belongings secure at all times.
Packing:
- Clothing: Pack for Moderate temperature (24°C to 30°C) with potential snow. Essential items include:
- - A warm jacket, comfortable clothes, a cap, and comfortable shoes.
- - Sunglasses to protect against glare.
- Essentials: A multi-purpose power adapter, local currency, and credit/debit cards. (note: cards may not be accepted in Russia).
- Medicines: Carry only necessary prescription medicines with their documentation.

After your breakfast in hotel, The tour guide will take you to enjoy sightseeing to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramids of Giza (2690 BC) and the Great Sphinx with man's head and lion's body then going up to the highest plateau to take a panoramic view for the Pyramids area. Today you will go shopping in Oil and Perfume shop. Now it is time to have your lunch in one of the Egyptian Restaurants in the pyramids Area. At night, Optional: Enjoy a whole new experience of the Giza Pyramids by watching the Sound & Light Egypt show one of the best evening activities around Cairo. Learn about the history of the pyramids during the entertaining show with narration from the Sphinx himself. After your breakfast from hotel then our tour guide will take you to Bride of the Mediterranean Sea “Alexandria.” Arrival Alexandria after two & half-hours. Start a tour to see the Greco Roman culture by visiting: The Catacombs, Roman Theatre. The Alexandrina Bibliotheca, the biggest Library in the world. Then enjoy your lunch in a fish restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Finally, will return to Cairo to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

In the morning, after your breakfast at the hotel. Your guide will pick you up to see the whole history of Egypt in the "Egyptian Museum" where more than 200,000 artifacts of art are settled and the treasures of King Tutankhamen sparkling there. Then you will go to shopping in papyrus shop. Now it is time to enjoy your lunch for one of the most delicious dishes in Egypt. After that, exploring the Religious Community Area by visiting Old Cairo where you will visit the Hanging Church, The Crypt of Jesus the Christ where the Child Jesus stayed with Virgin Mary there for three months, seven churches and ending the tour in Old Cairo. Then, be energetic to have a walk in the oldest market in Cairo called Khan El Khalili. Drop off at Cairo Airport for departure flight.
